How to Join and Use the Hootadoo Affiliate Program (Step-by-Step Guide)

Step 1: Register for the Affiliate Program

Step 2: Access Your Affiliate Dashboard
After logging in, you can access your dashboard by going to:
My Account → Affiliate Dashboard
The dashboard is your central hub. On the main page, you’ll see:
- Available Balance – how much commission you’ve earned
- Visits Generated – the number of people who have clicked your affiliate links
- Conversion Rate – the percentage of visitors who made a purchase
- Recent Commissions – your latest earnings
- Recent Visits – a breakdown of the most recent traffic

Step 3: Add Your PayPal Email (Important!)
Before you begin promoting, make sure you’ll be able to receive payments.
Go to the Settings tab in your affiliate dashboard and enter your PayPal email address. All commission payouts will be sent to this account, so double-check that the email is correct.
Step 4: Explore the Dashboard Tabs
Your affiliate dashboard comes with several useful tabs:
1. Commissions
View a detailed list of the commissions you’ve earned, including order details and payment status.
2. Visits
See the visitors who clicked your affiliate links and whether they converted into a sale.
3. Payments
Check all payments made (or pending) to your account, with details like date, status, and amount.
4. Link Generator
- General Referral Link – Your default affiliate link, for example:
https://hootadoo.com?ref=XXX - Custom Product Links – Create links to specific product pages with your unique affiliate ID.
5. Settings
As mentioned earlier, this is where you enter your PayPal email for payouts.
Step 5: Start Promoting
Now you’re ready to share your links! You can:
